A stunning example of a vintage art deco style tank in impeccable vintage condition.
The 14k filled rose gold Bulova from the 1940s really shines with its unique features; a lovely patina on the dial, still crisp numerical hour markers, a seconds subdial at the 6 position and a very rare lug attachment for the supple leather strap.
The watch keeps good time and is runs on a manual wind 21 jewel movement. The case measures just over 21mm wide (not including the crown).
An extremely elegant piece, this mechanical wind Lord Elgin from the 1950s in a 14k gold filled tis a prime example of a vintage tank. It is in pristine condition on the outside and its original mechanical wind 21 jewel movement is keeping good time.
The black dial and golden markers really pop under the new crystal and the large teardrop lugs are what really make this specimen stand out. It's sure to be a conversation starter regardless of horologic knowledge.
It measures just under 26mm wide (excluding the crown) and comes on a very supple black lizard leather strap
